Some wines carry a place. This one carries a person.
Passion Gap is named for Peter, who was born on our farm. He’s part of our story — and this wine is part of his. “Passion Gap” is Cape Town slang for a gap between the front teeth, once a mark of cool in the townships, worn with pride.
It’s a name with attitude. The wine lives up to it: a fruit bomb with bags of black and red fruits, a touch of herbaceous character, and easy tannins.
A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Grenache Noir designed to go with any food that is on the table. Partial alcohol removal reducing to 12%.
