Description
There are things you inherit: The way you hold yourself, the stories you tell, the land you come from, where you belong. In Irish, this is called Dúchas — your natural character, your heritage, the essence that was there before the world got to you.
Dúchas (pronounced “DOO-khas”) is the white wine that carries our name with the most intention. A 50/50 blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne — two grapes rarely seen together outside of the Rhône Valley — aged in Serbian oak to bring texture and quiet complexity.
The result is something unexpected: a white wine with big presence. Rich without being heavy. Aromatic without being obvious. A wine that rewards attention.
Citrus and gin botanicals, with plush stone fruits and floral aromas — Serbian oak adding structure, texture and gingery spice. Best served 10–12°C. Pairs beautifully with roast chicken, richer fish dishes, aged white cheese.
This is the Crest at its most expressive.
