Tom was a successful private chef even before he gained further experience in a number of Michelin-star kitchens. Specialising in modern British food he is able to give you a fine dining experience in your own home. Be it a private dinner (with wine pairings), canapé, or a buffet party you will be wowed by what he makes. During Covid, he did many ‘finish at home take away’ which still are requested today. He will even do the washing up.
