Our Chenin Blanc Reserve is where craftsmanship meets character — a white wine that demands your full attention and rewards it generously. Barrel-fermented and aged for 12 months in Serbian oak (the first South African white to do so) with full malolactic fermentation, this is a structured, full-bodied Chenin Blanc of real depth. The nose offers honeyed richness and preserved lemon, with stone fruit emerging as the wine opens up. On the palate it is creamy and opulent, with well-integrated oak adding texture and weight without ever overwhelming the fruit. A long, elegant finish.
Food pairing: Outstanding with roast chicken, creamy pasta, grilled lobster, or a rich fish pie.
