Description
Rosie D is named after Tom Doran’s mother — a heartfelt tribute in every bottle. Made from Grenache Noir grown on the Doran estate in South Africa’s Voor Paardeberg, this is a rosé of genuine quality and charm that encapsulates summer. Vibrant red berry and cranberries fill the nose, with a delicate hint of grapefruit pith and a beautiful aromatic lift. The palate is fresh, clean and perfectly balanced — dry, bright and thoroughly moreish. It’s the kind of rosé you open on a warm evening and somehow find yourself finishing before dinner. A slightly reduced alcohol to 10% making it even more drinkable.
Food pairing: Wonderful with grilled salmon, a charcuterie board, light pasta dishes, or simply on its own in the sun.
