Description
Íosa is Tom Doran’s third child — and the name carries a double meaning close to the family’s heart. In Irish & Arabic, Íosa is the word for Jesus, reflecting both the spiritual depth and the proud Irish heritage that runs through everything the Dorans do. The wine lives up to its name: soulful, refined and made with genuine care. This is a Shiraz of real elegance — not the big, extracted style you might expect from a warm-climate red, but something more considered and layered. Extra maturation in oak adds texture and a lovely spicy complexity. Black fruits, warm spice and a long, smooth finish.
Food pairing: Exceptional with grilled lamb, slow-cooked beef, smoked meats, hard cheeses, or a classic shepherd’s pie.
